10 minute warm up, then a ladder of 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, 3 on 2 off, 4 on 2 off, 5 on 3 off and then back down. On the cool down I only got a little under 2 minutes in when they kicked me out of the pool because they were closing. But I did bike for like 5 minutes, going home like usual, until my tire decided to go completely flat. Nothings gone right for me today. Some girl in the lane next to me asked me what I was doing, like was I running but not touching the bottom? Yeah pretty much what pool running is. It must look weird. I've only pool run for 2 days and I'm already sick of it. |
