AM: It's lovely hill week this week. Met at Sugarhouse and did a grass lap warmup, then did the very first hill at state 3 times up, 3 times down (except it was a little different down than up, we followed the state course for after the state hill). Then we went over to poker hill and did 4 of those, then back over to the state hill and did 4 of those. I feel like I'm getting better at hills. I'm still not great, but at least I'm improving. The state hill was the hardest one for me, I was tired. Once were done with that we did another grass lap and added about 1.5 after that to get to 10. I got sick over the weekend, some sort of cold, and it sucks. Hopefully it goes away soon.
PM: we met at Sunnyside and went to the gully and did 3.5 laps, came out the top and added once we got back to Sunnyside to get to 4. |
