4.5 miles, 7:52 average. I felt exhausted (even though I had just woke up right before?) and had a hard time breathing.

Was going to do a night run but I went to Sand Hollow with some friends and didn't get back until 11:00. By then I was pretty tired and I had a headache from a hard faceplant while wakeboarding.
