Late night run, it was the SUU crew + Bill! High schoolers have moratorium this week so... college runners only! We did it at Sugarhouse, did a couple laps of warmup (7:20 pace!) and then did 3x 15, 20, 25 second hill strides. Worked those pretty hard, it's so sweet that I can run with future teammates! Then added to 8.5.
