AM: Cross Hollows, 7:49 average. Was feeling crappy today. Legs were tired and tight. Weights: Power day. Warmups/drills out at the track. Then did some more sprints, this time with the weighted sleds. Then back into the weight room for lifting. 3 sets of [10 Wieghted squats, 10 weighted RDLs (I did singular leg because of my hammy), and 10 weighted bridges]. Honestly felt it more in my arms than legs, that bell is heavy hahaha. Or I'm just weak. Training room afterwards, got my hamstring rubbed out and iced. PM: 4 miles with Danielle, 7:35 average. |
