Today was JV regions, so after helping out with timing and running the meet, we started our workout. We did a mile warmup and a mile speed changes, then changed shoes. I didn't bring my flats, but Megan let me borrow her spikes :) We did 3 sets of 3x200s. We did a lap between each set. Bill wanted me to hit them all 35 or under. I hit 34, 33, 33, then 33, 34, 34, and 34, 34, 34. Then I just did a mile cool down. |
