1.5 shakeout PM: Today was regions. I did 2.75 warmup including strides. Today was the 1600. I feel like I could've done better. I was seeded third. My first 800 was on pace for a good time, 2:36ish is what I heard. The 3rd lap wasn't as bad as I thought it was, I was right around 4 minutes. It was the last lap that I had trouble with, I had a hard time getting myself to actually kick. :/ I held off the 5th place person, I wasn't gonna come this far to not make it to state. :) Then I did 2 miles cool down.
