Since the girls have a race tomorrow, boys and girls split up and the girls did mile warmup, 2 mile speed changes, mile cool down. It was nice and easy, and now I hope tomorrow will be a good race! My calves don't hurt as much anymore which is good :) Tapering will be great! (even though I didn't go as high last week, my base is good and I hope it will make a difference) |
