I'm glad to not have a meet on the weekend!! I met some people at the track. We did 2 miles warmup, mile speed changes, then changed shoes. We did 3 sets of a 500, jog a 100, and then a 200. During the whole warmup, I was falling asleep. Don't know why. the first set woke me up, but I didn't do so hot. Then the 2nd set, I thought that I should pick it up and do better, and I did lots better. Then the last set I crashed. then did 2 300s. I just focused on that last little bit because that was where I was slipping. Then ran home and added a half mile to get to 7.
