I cross trained on the bikes today. We started with a 5min hill climb (turning up resistance every minute) and then we did four sets of 25sec on (increased resistance and speed) 25sec off, 45sec on 45sec off, 60sec on 60sec off, and 90sec on 90sec off. Then we did a couple minutes of cool down and then lifted weights. We also did the pull up challenge today, shout out to Connor for getting me to actually do it. Overall it was a pretty chill recovery day to get ready for some pickups tomorrow. |
