- Keep running and stay fit for the rest of my life.
Personal: Just graduated from Lehi High School and am headed down to SUU this fall. Besides running I also love hiking, boating, paddleboarding, the beach, the sun, the summer, basically anything warm :)

| | Still a bit sore but the run was decent. Had team family pictures and afterwards played some solid basketball. Shout out to the boys for letting me play with them, and to Asa for helping me with my free throw form. Also huge shout out to Chicken Nug for getting his mission call! |

| | Half mile warm up then we a circuit workout, 2X(400m 1min v-ups, 800m 1min speed squats, 400m 1min push ups, 400m 1min lunges, 400m 1min crunchy frogs) and then a half mile cool down. The pace was just a bit faster than distance run so it wasn't really hard at all. Jamie did it with us and we did the whole thing on the turf which felt great.

| | Mile warm up on the turf then the speed workout today was 2×(800, 600, 400, 200) the 8 and 6 were at goal two mile pace and the 4 and 2 were at goal mile pace, splits were 2:54, 2:09, 80, 40, 2:56, 2:15, 85, 36. I felt pretty good but my second 400 was way off base so I'm not pleased with that but overall I stayed in it mentally pretty much the whole time. I feel pretty good about it though and I'm getting pretty excited for races to start! Shout out to Mario for doing her first entire speed workout on the track with us this season, she kills it! |
