Warmed up a mile on the turf then started the speed. 3×(4 400s) with four minutes rest between sets, first set at slower than mile pace 2:30rest, splits 85, 84, 85, 85 second set mile pace 2:45rest, splits 84 so that one was too slow but no worries we picked it up for a 81, 81, 81 last set faster than mile pace 3:00rest, splits 80, 79, 79, 80 shoulda gone faster that last one but.I definitely pushed it so don't worry. Afterwards cooled down a half mile on the turf and did some abs and stretching. Afterwards helped out with results at the Tri-Meet (sorry it didn't get updated the computer wasn't working) shout out to Connor for announcing again and to Austin for helping me write out the times!
