Warmed up .5 at the groval then did 3×(2 60sec sprints) up Airport, rest was just the jog back down, between sets did a lap around the groval. Wasn't too horrible but it's been a while since I've done hills so the legs are feeling pretty wrecked rn. Had my first shift of the summer at the ODP which was a blast #workfamily and hiked Squaw Peak with the crew which was super pretty so that's a win. |
