Easy low recovery today. My legs are quite sore which is weird considering they weren't yesterday. Anyways after a half mile warmup we just went over the overpass and took a right til we went out two and then came back. Afterwards we did 15min of abs with 7 pushups between each min plus 2 extras to make an even 100 #getswoll then some good stretching and powerballs at Thoms. Shoutout to Connor because he beat me in an arm wrestle (watch out cuz I'm gonna be even better next time) and shoutout to all the girls who wore their hats today and to Watson cuz it's her birthday and Mama Heaps for the powerballs. #Grateful it didn't snow today |
