Cross training today! 50m warm up then 10×(25m aqua jog, 25m swim, 25m aqua jog, 25m swim) plus 200m kick then 50m cool down in the pool. Since I did not have to go to school today I went swimming around 8am,then had a fantastic breakfast. It was really just great. #shoutout to Gupsta for letting me share a lane with her #shoutout to Badoobs, Kaden, TP,and Quinn for going rock climbing today!
