Half mile warm up on the turf then 2×(200,800,400,200,200,200) 2's at 800pace, 8 at 2mile pace, and 4 at mile pace. 90sec between everything and 4min rest between sets. Splits were 35, 2:55, 80, 37, 35, 36, second set 37, 3:05, 85, 37, 37, 36. First set felt good, second set I really struggled. Mentally I just wasn't there. Also a bit dehydrated and my stomach was bugging me. Really hurt after the workout. Half mile cool down on the turf. Nice job to everyone today. |
