Gan came with me to swim so we met up and then we did 50free warm up, 8×(50 swim the shallow jog the deep) then Gan left and I did the workout where I breathe every other stroke, then every 3 strokes, every 4, etc up to 12 strokes on the odd laps, and on the even laps I did easy recovery breathing every other stroke. Then 300kick and 8×(25lung buster, 25aqua jog) and 50breaststroke cool down. It was really long and by the end I really wanted to stop but I kept going so I guess you could say I won that mental battle. |
