5:30 am weights with the crew.
8 miles with AmberD on the Speedy Spanaird course out & back from the gym, 8:03 pace. I cannot believe how sore I am from running (not racing) Payson canyon on Sat. My body simply is not responding or recovering from hills and workouts well this year.
PM: I took a nap after work and felt so lazy so I went for a 2 mile jog to make myself feel better. Then I laid back down and ate an entire bag of caramel popcorn. Yum!
