3 easy miles with the pup.  My legs feel suprisingly good considering the downhill of yesterdays race.  I may still hold of on tomorrows scheduled tempo run to make sure I give my body enough recovery time.

9 miles on the treadmill at the gym.  Legs are recovering well from the half on Saturday but these were still very slow miles.  Forgot the exit in SF was closed and had to take the detour through Springville. grrr!

PM:  1 measly mile with the dog.  My dog is not a very good heat runner, it was SLOW.

2 mile warm up on the out and back by my house and then ran to Santaquin and back.  Today was one of those runs where I felt like I could have run forever.  Too bad I had a job to get to.  7:51 AP.

My Napa Valley Ragnar team is looking for a female runner.  It is September 17-18 and runs accross the Golden gate bridge and through wine country in California.  Should be a lot of fun.  Let me know if your interested or know anyone who might be.  We will be carpooling to cali and staying with my Aunt so cost should be relatively low. :)

PM:  2 easy miles on the treadmill.  30 minutes weights.

Ran to the Payson HS track 3.75 miles.  It is a lot of uphill and AP was 8:16.

5x800's.  My goal was 6:20 pace and I did pretty good. 1-3:04, 2-3:01, 3-3:06, 4-3:04, 5-3:05.  100 meter rest in between repeats.

Ran back home 3.75 miles 8:01 AP.  Legs were shot on the way home but it was a great workout!

Started out slow at 8:15 pace and focused on running positive splits and hitting marathon tempo pace.  I even conquered my own little Veyo hill.  :)  Overall pace counting the warm up came out at 7:41 and last 3 miles AP was 7:24.  I know thats not fast for most but it is to me!

Did core work at home.

20 mile LR tomorrow with Merri and Sue!  I hope I can keep up, eeeek!

Started running at 4:30am (in the dark) with Merri and Susan.  It was such a fun run and these girls were a lot of fun to talk to.  We hit a lot of wind and hills in Mapleton but overall AP was 8:33 with the last 2 miles at 7:36 pace.  Thanks Merri and Susan for letting me run with you and pushing me at the end.
