Ran to the Payson HS track 3.75 miles. It is a lot of uphill and AP was 8:16.
5x800's. My goal was 6:20 pace and I did pretty good. 1-3:04, 2-3:01, 3-3:06, 4-3:04, 5-3:05. 100 meter rest in between repeats.
Ran back home 3.75 miles 8:01 AP. Legs were shot on the way home but it was a great workout! |
