Weights Day 4:  Legs...definitely not my favorite!  I was feeling the burn baby.

6 mile slog around town with AmberD, 8:00 pace.  I'm really glad I have Amber to run with after these weight sessions because I think it would be really hard to get going on my own.

I don't know what this weight thing is doing yet but I am feeling it.  There is definitely a delayed onset of fatigue for me however and I can barely lift my arms today from Mondays workout.  Loving the fatigued...like hello muscles that you haven't paid attention to since you were born feeling.

DOMS are the best - you can't shampoo your hair, and you walk like you have no knees. :)

During the past year, I've added a lot of ST to my routine. I'm a firm believer :). Jay Johnson has a whole section on his website about ST.

Good for you for making the time. It will make you feel amazing :)
