Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

I probably should have skipped the Monday Tempo....but I felt good and thought maybe I'd benefit from some faster miles on fatigued legs.  2.5 mile warmup, 5 mile AT tempo 6:53, 6:48, 6:44, 6:39, 6:35, 2 mile cooldown. 9.5 total/71 minutes I felt okay and kept it pretty light but this was definitely a bit of a risk coming off of a race.  There is a fine line between getting a good workout in on tired legs and digging myself into an injury cycle/hole.  I'm still trying to learn it...  I plan on taking the next 2 days super easy and then a LR/workout on Thursday.

I really need to decide if I'm going to do the Half Marathon or 10K in Pheonix.

PM:  3 miles easy on SF river trail, 8:40 pace.  I felt so good which was weird because usually I'm exhausted on PM runs.
