I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. Okay. I just read back. Yes, UVM. Those runs on the course will make a big difference for you. From the looks of it, you must be planning on running 2:52 or something...

The way you are feeling a month away from the marathon is a good sign. You'll fix a lot during your taper. I think your fitness is better than your mind is letting you believe right now. Tricky things, those minds.
