Short-Term Running Goals:
My goal is to continue to enjoy running and maybe get faster a long the way! :)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run until I am 100 years old!
Personal:
I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 5 miles with a very large group of ladies, 7:36. Rebecca was kind enough to run me back after 2 miles since I was running late for work. Running time is so much more efficient in the small city with no street lights.
PM: Jogged to subway. :) 1 mile

okay now is the time to put in some REALLY easy paced miles....like 8:30 and slower...THEN POUR it ON on Saturday. Seriously you do NOT need speedwork in the next few days or under 8s. Just maybe brief pick ups x 5 for 30 secs. I believe in you :D. I say this because of the moments of depletion you have felt and you need to fill your bucket in order to POUR it on!! how is that for poetry?
