Hey Andy!! I wish I had a plan. Right now it is just to finish the race upright. ha ha. I signed up way before I realized the extreme elevation drop.

I guess I would like to shoot for 1:28-1:29 but we shall see because just thinking about running that fast makes me ill. What is your plan?

Thanks everyone! And RAD I am doing the MT. Nebo half.

I went to pick up my packet this afternoon and they said there are only 300 people registered. There is a 3,000 ft elevation drop and I think I am the only person dumb enough to attempt it 3 weeks before SGM.

oohhh, I think I would like it! I am a downhill runner at heart. My long legs and near over reaching stride make me that way :) I stink at uphill, so Spanish Fork half is going to be a difficult task for me at MP.
