8 treadmill miles, 1% incline, 7:30 AP.  This run felt way harder than it should have and I probably should have slowed down but I was in a hurry because I had to be to work early for a meeting.  I did manage to fit in 15 minutes of weights after the run.

I hate it when you have to run fast in order to finish quick. Makes it feel harder than when you run fast just to do it. Nice job gettin' it done!
