Legs are tired today, no idea why. But, I got the first summer training e-mail from coach yesterday so I got out and did a run. Went out on the flat loop and near the end did 5x30 second pushes at 800 effort. Not the greatest, but I got it done.

Went out on the canyon road run - 50 minute version. It was really pretty - the weather has been most excellent for the last couple weeks. Afterwards, I did the drill workout coach assigned in the email. Legs were pretty fatigued afterwards.

Just ran the 30 minutes of the flat loop. Quads are feeling yesterday's workout, that's for sure.

Did a 35 minutes with Grace, at about 2 effort, super easy. Then I ran 10 more minutes by myself at a more regular pace.

Took today off! Coach told me not to run more than 5 days this week, so I just spent all day being a bridesmaid at Amber's wedding!

Beautiful run today! Back up in Logan, I did 60 minutes - the short River Heights loop, with a return on the canal trail. Weather was perfect and I felt great. Yay running!
