Did my biggest speed workout of the summer so far today. Went down to the island and ran around there and in Providence for the speed work. Started with a 10 minute push at 60 min effort, a 5 min recovery jog, then another 10 minute push. After that, I took another few minutes of recovery jogging, then did 2x5:00 pushes at 30 min effort. Geez. It really took it out of me today. Still, I felt like I put in a good effort.
