To summit light and back 3-miler this morning and my legs are - yet again - freakishly sore. They feel like they've gone through a rock tumbler repeatedly. With very large rocks. Ran pretty easy but kept it (mostly) from plodding. I am so tired. So I took a nap in journalism class. And physics. Yay! (DST 275.4)

7.2 miles, connected a few runs to do something slightly new - ran out toward green springs, up around on fairway drive/quail ridge drive back down and out up the firestation hill and back down into washington, then back to the high school the dogpound way. It was a pretty good run, uphill at the start and end with a lot of downhill in the middle (with the exception of the firestation hill), ran it pretty easy and my legs actually felt kinda like legs during the run for the first time since Monday! Avg. 7:58/mi. (Alchemy 246.7)

I ran in to the Michelles today (Green and Judd). I guess Judd has been running, she says she's up to 7 miles and want to run a half. You'll have to get her on the blog. Good luck with your test tomorrow (or whatever it is!).

MJ?

MJ, Michael Jordan, he often had his tongue handing out when he dunked the basket ball.
