Ran with the team at the Pre-nats course. Started off kinda stiff from all the travel yesterday, but ended up feeling pretty great by the time we did our 5 minute push. Picked out some good spots to push tomorrow and got the course figured out. Cool beans. Goals for tomorrow: -go out at around 5:40, with Jessie -push the downs, keep consistent on the ups -at 1k to go, start to pick it up -on the last curve and straight, kick until the end
