Last long run before XC camp, done and done. My legs felt really fatigued and horrible for the first 30 minutes or so, then finally started to like me for the middle hour and were a bit tired out for the end. So, excepting the first hellish 3-4 miles, it was a pretty great run. And the trail by the river went on forever. It was great. And there were these carved logs that were crocodiles and fish and frogs and lizards. They were great too. I would've taken one home with me if they weren't 20 feet long. All in all, my last run in Europe was great! And so was Europe in general and now I am excited to go back to Logan and have an awesome semester and XC season! WOO! (K3 383.5)

Sounds like you had a great experience this summer - now go rip up the XC circuit.

how's school going?

Thanks Holt, I will do it.

Scott - school is pretty crazy! I have taken way too many credits this semester, and my classes are getting harder, so I am trying not to drown, but still be the champion of cross country.
