Lots of running today! Got up to go run and felt exceedingly horrible, so I waited around until I felt better... didn't happen. So I just dragged myself out on a slow, horrid 5 miles. After work, I felt lots better, so once it cooled off a bit, I headed up on the River trail and did my speed/push workout for the week - it felt pretty good, though the 10:00 section up the trail was a toughy. Total, did 6:00 wu, 3x10:00 at 60, 4x1:00 at 15, then cooled down for 10:00. Rec between pushes was 2:00 w/j. Overall, a hard, but excellent run. (K3 144)
