Slow 8 miler just to loosen up my tired legs, my hamstrings are pretty stiff. Along my way down Cedar's main street, I saw a dead cat and almost puked, so that was an adventure. I got to see the sun this morning! And the rock stayed in the door, so I didn't have to climb any balconies.

Ruth,

I was down in St. George for a couple of days and ran with Clyde, Steve, Dave, and Dustin. We saw you on the the trail on Monday morning and you looked like you were running great. I was still wondering what WBR team you were on?

Also, the reason that I was in town was to see Damon Cox, who is one of my best friends. Dave Holt told me that you were good friends with his little brother Dallan.

Ruth you are getting some great miles in. I'll see you when you get home.

That is cool that you are friends with Dallin, when you say he is weird what do you mean? I don't know him at all because he has never said one word to me in the ten years that I have known him. Is that what you mean by weird? Or is it because he loves his trumpet more than girls? I thought it was pretty funny when Dave found out he was Damon's brother and asked you if he would run Cross Country, I could picture the whole situation taking place! Who else is on your WBR team?
