Well that was weird, I woke up this morning for the most part pain free.  Not sure what I did different than what ever I've done for the past few months but I felt good so I decided to take advantage of it.  I told myself I'd stop if it ever started hurting at all but it never did.

6 miles in 51 minutes.  pretty happy about it.

30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes stair stepper, 30 minutes of weights.

I can only assume that it's the steroid shot that is finally allowing me to run without pain.  I'm grateful to be kind of running but how long will it last?

Weird that it took a week to kick in.

36 laps in the pool, 20 minutes on the stair stepper, 20 minutes of weights.

This has been a good week, I feel like I've been getting some good workouts in.

Wow, what a nice morning.  I woke up at my normal gym time but decided I'd rather run outside so I went back and laid in bed for 45 minutes.  5 miles with Nellie on the dirt trail, dogs are so weird, somehow she knows the difference between me going to the gym and not, while I was getting ready she was going crazy at the door so I can't really not take her with me, anyone that excited to go on a run deserves to go.
