36 laps in the pool, 20 minutes on the stair stepper, 20 minutes of weights.
This has been a good week, I feel like I've been getting some good workouts in.

Thanks Rob, I've decided most of my problems are mental. I've had a crazy last year. 3 different jobs, 3 kids all in soccer, dance, track, piano. It's just hard time to find time for myself. I'm figuring things out now though.
