5 easy. I can still feel in my achilles tendons the effects of so much running on the sand at the beach last week, but nothing serious.

I'm sort of on cruise control, better than doing nothing. However, my diet always tanks when I cut back on my workouts.
I was late to the gym so only did 2 moderate at 7:30 pace.
Followed by one hour FIT class, which was quite rigourous today.
