Yea, I see you got in a 20 miler sunday. Whee did you do your run. I was out on the Porter Rockwell Trail and South Mountain for my 18.5 miler. I'll have to remember to put on some sun block on my next long miler. Good to hear that your being careful not to re-injure yourself.

Tom, my 20 miles were just cross training on the elliptical in my basement. I'm still easing back into the actual run miles.

200 minutes on the elliptical??? Seriously ... you really are a bit crazy!!! Okay ... that episode had me laughing so so so hard! Perhaps inappropriately ... but dang it was funny.
