I don't care if it was, 2.5 hours or 2 1/2 hours or 150 minutes on an elliptical, that sounds crazy. That's practically a full marathon. Nice job.

150 minutes on the elliptical!!!!!!!!!???????!!!!!!!!!

DANG!!!!!

You sure haven't let your achilles affect your endurance at all!!!

Seriously ... 150 minutes????????

(I don't know ... I think I should add a few more exclamation points and question marks.)

I'm not sure why, but cowhide gloves seem perfectly normal, whereas horsehide gloves just seem.... absolutely terrible. Poor little ponies.

It takes great mental toughness to last that long on the elliptical. Well done.

You are insane! Did your feet go numb and your mind turn to mush? An hour is my limit on that thing. Great job doing the simulation of a long run you can.

Great Job! How is your Dad doing? You are the best son ever!!! I can tell you love him so much!

From Smooth on Mon, Apr 04, 2011 at 10:58:42 from 67.2.74.200

My feet always go numb just 30 min on that thing! You are beyond tough!!! It won't be long before you join us on the Chumps run again!

Sorry to hear your dad is in the IMC again! You are a great son to be there and care for him!

Are you seeing Dr. Albano (sp?) again soon to get an update?
