One hour Strike class.  This is the fourth time (and third different instructor) that I have been to this class and it seems to get better.  I'm hoping it helps my core.

(me at strike class)

Followed with 5 miles, I'll call them marathon pace miles since I've lost some fitness, at average just under 7:30.

I thought I'd put up a few pictures of me doing my pull ups.

Do Rhett's one arm pull ups count?

Paul, the class plus 5 "marathon pace" miles. Good job. I don't think for a second though that you would run 7:30 in a marathon if you went out and did it right now. I'm sure you would be much closer to 7:00.
