3 easy. One hour FIT class. I'm not feeling great, fighting off a sore throat, but at least I did something.

Much better than nothing. You should be happy with the great effort. I don't think I would have made it through the one hour FIT class.

What do you thing of FIT? I did it every week when Jody first started teaching it (Long & Lean), but haven't done it in a long time. It isn't my fav.

My experience is that FIT classes seem to vary quite a bit, even week to week with the same instructor. Lately the classes have done a lot more integrated stuff like balancing on the Bosu while doing dynamic lifts and other exercises. I think they got some training from corporate and I have noticed significant changes from the Long & Lean days.
