3 at 6:40 pace.  I'm still slacking and getting to the gym too late to get in more.

Followed by one hour FIT class, which was quite challenging today.

Looks like a nice tempo run. Nothing wrong with 3 miles at that pace. Then you chased it with the FIT class. Nice way to end the week.

I would be on cloud nine if I could run 3 miles at a 6:40 pace.

It's good to see that I'm not the only slacker:) Although, I'm slacking more than you. I hope I can get back at it soon but I have no drive right now:( Great job though, as always!
