Speed work on a chilly windy night. It was a little after 8 when I finally got a chance to run.
1.5 mile warm up
12 x 400m (1:29) with 400m recovery (2:30)
1.5 mile cool down
It has been a long time since I have done any speed work. I forgot how much I liked runnning fast. This workout was easier than I thought it would be. Good thing since it is the first and easiest of a lot more speed work outs to come.
