I tried posting my race pictures on this blog but I need instructions. I finally got them on ForumFlyers in a normal size. Wow, I am a computer dummy.

Look who's addicted to running. WOW! 9 TM hill miles with speedy mp. You're AWESOME!

Here's how I learn to post pictures on the FRB.

1) Sign up for a free website account where you can download and manage your pix. Some of us use photobucket.com

2) Download the pix you want onto the site

3) There should be a few URL under the pix you downloaded. Copy the one from "Direct Link"

4) While typing in your entry on the blog where you want to insert pix, click on the icon with a landscape pic in it. A window will pop up where you can right click to paste the "Direct Link" from photobucket.

5) Be sure to click "preview" to make sure it's the right pix you want.

6) Then click to submit.

7) To size it down. Click on the corner of the picture, a little square will appear, drag the square to shrink it to whatever size you want. That's it. Hope this helps.

I saw the pix on Forumflyers. Very nice 6 packs! Great pix of the course and of Mel and Dana.

You're not computer dummy. I can't post pics on the Forum Flyers. It was harder to use the "browse" feature there. I had to learn how to size the pics down BEFORE I can post them there. Whereas you don't have to do that here; just "shrink" them after posting by dragging the little squares, much easier.
