Slept in this morning so I missed spin class. I snuck out of work at lunch and got in a full body weights workout. I did some really like to raises to test out the PF tendon. It felt good. No pain. Maybe I can gradually work that up to stregthen it. I'm taking my 3 boys camping tonight (fathers and sons campout.) I hate seeping on the ground in a tent, but the boys love it. Wish me luck. |
