Plan called for a long run. I started with 1 hour arc training and then planned to do 1 hour elliptical, but I received a call from work about 1/2 hour into the elliptical and had to go treat a patient.
Foot still not doing well today. :(

Dang, Rhett!!! That's a real bummer about having to go to work AND about the foot pain. How is it feeling today (Monday)?

I hoped you would have felt better by now! Give it a month you never know the pain could go a quickly as it came.

Sorry to hear the foot isnt back yet. Keep testing the water every so often. Just dont get discouraged to much. With all the cross training your going to come back stronger then ever. And well rounded. Are you still using that crazy boot??

Bummer Rhett. I blame me. I forced you into running the Havasu Half too close to Boston. I just hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.

Teena, my foot feels much better walking around today. I was hurting still even yesterday though. I'm definitely not going to run for a few more weeks though.
Hauns, no I'm not wearing the boot although I thought about it last week with the pain I was in.
JohnnyV, Thanks
Burt, I can't believe you twisted my arm and forced me into running the Havasu Half against my will. :) LOL

Bummer, Rhett. I was hoping I'd check up on you and you were back to running again. :(
