My legs really needed that recovery week. I felt much fresher today than I have in a while. After a 1 mile warm up, I did 6 x 1 mile (5:59, 5:58, 6:00, 6:01, 6:08, 6:09) with half mile recovery jogs and then a cool down until I hit 11 miles.

Recovery is good...I should know, I've had plenty of it.

Your gonna crush your marathon! My back feels better, but still at about 80%. I'm scared to do any swimming or weight lifting with it right now. Running felt good, but a deep breathe still let me know that everything was not 100%. If you want company for 10-12 miles of your long run on Friday let me know!

Blake, I'd love your company during my long run Friday. I'm thinking I'll get the first half done then swing by your place so I can have some company on the last half.
