It was 18 degrees outside when I left my sister's house in Lindon at 10 to 7. I ran north on the MCT up past Lehi...home of the amazing Smooth. I turned around at 12.5 miles and ran back for a total of 25 easy miles...avg HR 135.

Good Job! It was 39 degrees in Havasu this morning and basically no wind! Hope you have a great time with family over the weekend!
