It's been an incredibly busy Saturday. I had to be to work at 8 and was slammed all morning. I went straight from work to a baptism of a great man in his 50s who has completely changed in life in the last 2 months, an amazing story and transformation. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to help in teaching him and so was asked to give a talk at the baptism. There was a wonderful spirit at the baptism.

I then went straight from the church to the gym and did 30 minutes of stair speed intervals, came home had some lunch, showered, did some chores and now am getting ready to head to a friends house to watch the BYU/TCU game. Go Cougs! Halloween party tonight that I will probably late to. Hopefully my wife won't be too mad, but this is a big game and who would plan a party in the fall without first checking the football schedules????

I hope you went to the party we are getting killed! (typing at half time)

So cool about the baptism.

GREAT story about the convert baptism. I'd love to hear the whole story when we get together next time.

WAY to squeeze in a workout.

We watched the Utes game at the Eccles stadium then rushed home to watch the Cougs on the internet feed. TCU made the Cougs looked bad!

Yep, Kathie, I was only a little late to the party. I headed over after the 3rd quarter. I can't believe how much better TCU is then the Cougs. Well, hopefully we can at least beat those Utes when the time comes.

Smooth, at least you were at an exciting overtime game. I bet that was fun. Just to give you a little bit of the history of Jim (the guy who got baptized), since meeting the missionaries a couple months ago he has stopped smoking 5 packs a day, joined a gym, lost 100 lbs, read most of the Book of Mormon, and is a completely different person. Amazing.

Cool story, Rhett. Man, what a busy day you had.

Sorry that your cougs did not win -- but I won't be sorry when the Utes kick their trash!!! :) :) :)

Busy day there!!

Nice job getting in a workout.
