P90X Day 80 Back and Biceps followed by Abs. I never thought I could do so many pull ups and while I still don't have big biceps, they are bigger than they have ever been. Also Ab Ripper X is no longer tough. When I started I would have to stop and take breaks. Now I do the whole thing and it doesn't even hurt. This P90X thing really works when done as prescribed. Only one more hard workout left on Friday! Everything else is cardio or core stuff and day 84 is a rest day. I'm definitely ready to be done with P90X and to start focusing on running again.
