In the morning- one mile barefoot in the grass with strides followed by a 40 minute lake swim in very choppy water from all the wind.
In the evening- 7.5 mile fartlek hill run with 13 hills run hard, everything else easy.
BareFoot Miles: 1.00
Sketchers Sprint Miles: 7.50

Yeah, that didn't take long at all! Well done, Rhett! I always think about making the effort to run barefoot in the grass, but I never get around it.

Thanks Yasir, good luck with your race tomorrow.
Tom K., I feel like that little bit of barefoot running (always on soft plush grass) helps keep my form up and prevent injury. At the least, it warms me up before I get into the cold lake for a swim. :)
